Wanted: 54cm Cougar TT steel frameset

Hi everyone! I'm after a Cougar TT frameset from the 90s
Must have:

- steel frame and fork
- 54cm and 0° top tube
- designed to fit 700/700 wheels (so no 650 front)
- 1' threaded steerer
- 130mm rear wheel spacing with vertical dropouts
- 27,2 seatpost insert
- nice paintjob (and no rust or dents)

Oh btw, please give me a yell if you have some spare DA7700 54/55t SG chainring and HQ Fibre fork and aero seatpost, cheers!

Cheers buddy, but I'm looking for a tt frame, so super low top tube and a straight fork like the ones pictured.
The one in the ebay link hasn't got the original fork and the paintjob's not in good condition.
