Wanted 27" Road Wheels

After some 27" road wheel that fit a 5 speed cassette, I have a set but they are too far gone with the dreaded rust I think, unless anyone can give advise on removing putting?

I've tried the old Coca-Cola and aluminium foil trick and it's taken the rust off but there's still a lot of marking still on them.

I will take a look tomorrow as I have a set but cannot remember what hubs/rims are.

27" wheelset-
Rigida 27 x 1 1/4 rims.
Pelissier front hub
Maillard rear hub
5 speed Suntour freewheel.
