Wanted: 25.4mm to 27.2mm shim

Looking for this shim for a Dawes Kingpin beater frankenbike conversion I'm working on.

I've got a 25mm to what I think is 27.2, it was fitted to a Shorter 531 frame and the seatpost was a 25mm.
Not sure if that might work for you?

TBH I'm not sure if it would or not. 0.4mm is enough to potentially cause problems? Can I get back to you if I have no luck getting a 25.4?
