Isn't the fork 1 18 threaded?

That's right, it's 1.1\8 inch threaded.
Most bikes of 1991 have a 1 inch or 1.1/8 inch threaded fork.
Threadless forks were used from about '93, '94.

I have 20 inch Kona explosif 1998, reynolds 853 ,blue .no dents just small stone chips on paint .
Not certain of value currently but only not used because all my other konas are 19 inch which fit me better .
