Don't know if 1991 Pro Racing and 1992 Super America have same geometry.
My 1991 Pro Racing has a 50 cm vertical/seat tube and a 57 cm effective top tube. To me, 57 cm top tube seems large for your length. But ofcourse this is your personal choice. Maybe you ride very short stems or a very stretched riding position.
