Either a Manitou 1-4 crown in 1-1/4" threaded, minimum 190mm...or...
Accutrax of same dimension

And... A Yeti front derailleur pulley.

I have a new - never installed - 1"1/4 Manitou 2 to 4 crown with a 198mm steerer and 50mm of thread.
