Looks ok, I really don't know much about road bikes to comment, price seems alittle high, by the wheels cassette, chain, tyres, that will add £150 at a guess, might be able to get a whole bike for less maybe with disks, maybe a lower spec but at least it would be new and you could upgrade as parts fail.
