Wanted Want bike - Rigid frame main requirement, looking to pay 80-120 + postage

I want a 'respectable' 90er MTB.

I don't know specs so be kind and graceful and show me the way.

Rigid frame a must as want to make it specialized hill climber.

Will lower the gears to suit once a good frame has been gotten.

Oh and I am size 5' 10" so whatever would suit this height.

Only want posted so must be willing to do that.

Thanks.

Thanks, I don't know what is respectable. I don't know a BSO from a decent bike so defer to other members and/your own opinion.

I just know what I am generally looking for but don't know anything about good and bad bikes or parts.

I see not full bikes though and not in the UK? In which case not suitable. Looking for full bikes unless I got a frame for free or as good as to make it worth it otherwise the money is better spent towards a full bike.

Hey buddy, I’m 5 10” and this fits me well.

I’d be after £150 plus post though.
It’s in mechanically perfect order with many new transmission parts.

I’m in Wiltshire if close enough to collect or I can box of for delivery.

I have different tyre options if you you prefer blackwalll rather than tan.

Comes with black VP platform pedals rather than the Blue DMR’s.

Let me know if interested.

Thanks but I want rigid forks too.

Thanks but I want rigid forks too.

How rigid do you want?

Some rigid forks are really rigid and some rigid forks are quite flexy, but they are still rigid forks. You need to decide how much flex you want at the dropout end of the fork but this varies depending on how hard you are braking, or what terrain you are riding on, and the weight of the rider. I guess you need to find a rider who is the same weight, who uses the same brakes, and rides the same terrain and ask how much the forks flex.
