Are you sure they're not Switchblade copies...apart from them having 'Switch Drive' on them, the blades don't taper as much so looks a lot thicker at the dropout than the slinky, skinny Tange version.
The '92 Conquest Elite I had a few years back had 'Max Switch' forks, which look like this:
Not sure if they were the same being a year later.
But the crack in the head tube certainly was!
