vitus 992 repair

hi guys i found a cheap vitus 992 frame but the top and down tubes are bent. how easy would it be to replace the tubes. am i right in thinking the tubes are glued in. the next question is if it is repairable what tubing would it have and where to get it from.

everything can be repaired , but it would cost a fortune .

992 can be found cheap enough .

Not really worth doing unless you have a sentimental attachment to the bike in question. It costs an arm and a leg.
