Over the years I have had a lot of bikes and several Vitus 979’s.
I have always liked Vitus frames because they are so nice to rid as you will be aware if you have ever owned one.
This one I am selling is the best one I have owned, for a frame nearly 50 years old it is in remarkable condition as I am sure you will be able to see from the photos below.
It has a very smooth Dura Ace headset.
All of the joints are good of course, and it has no dents, just some feint marks from storage mostly.
It has a Campag veloce groupset, with Cinelli bars and stem.
It measures 57.5cm seattube c/t, and 56cm toptube c/c.
