I'm selling a 1970s Italian road bike special made in Modena.
Frame: Virginia competition size 53cm C-C. The frame is made of Columbus SLX tubing. Top tube mesures 54cm C-C.
The bike is pantographed with the Virginia logo on several places and fully chromed under the paint job.
Components: The frame is fully equipped with Dura-Ace gears and brakes.
Seat pin: Dura-Ace
Stem: Ambrosio pantographed with the Virginia logo.
Wheel set: Shimano 600 tri-color hubs laced on Mavic rims.
The name of the frame maker is Marco Palmieri.
The bike is in great condition and there are no rust to be found on the frame.

That groupset looks like early -mid 80s to me , could the frame be younger ?

I bought it from Italy a few years ago and the seller said it was from the 70's. But is sure looks a lot younger, could be 80's...?
