Very Rare, vintage Rick Powell handbuilt road bike Frame and Forks.
This is a very hi-spec frame, Columbus SL tubing and forks, Columbus dropouts, Cinelli BB and hooded internal cable routing - all put together by a genuine Master Craftsman.
If you don't know who Rick Powell is then Google him......
Columbus tubing stickers are on the seat post tube and the forks, the Columbus Dove symbol is stamped on the steerer.
Stickers also show 'DD Enteprises' - which was Rick's company after Carlton closed.
Paintwork is generally solid, but there are chips, and the start of rust in various locations. This frame is perfectly presentable and useable.
Frame is Large - 62cm from top of seat post tube to BB centre and 60cm along top tube from steerer tube centre to seat post tube centre.
Cinelli BB shell is stamped with 'DD207' which I believe was Ricks 207th frame from his DD Enterprises company.
Early Campagnolo Chorus bottom bracket is NOT included in the sale as I intend to remove it for another project, however for an additional £15 I'll leave it in.
I also have various other parts to support a build up if you need them.
Looking for £129 for the frame and forks, (without the BB)
