Recently serviced vintage Raleigh Routier 10 ten-speed racing/touring road bicycle, from circa 1984, in immaculate original condition.

25 inch frame, 27 inch wheels.
Sachs-Huret 10-speed Derailleur gears.
Alloy handlebars with white tape grips.
Alloy sidepull brakes with extension levers.
Steel chainrings with alloy cotterless cranks and disk.
Steel sports pedals with reflectors.
Selle Royal Aero black suede saddle with GelTech saddle cover.
Silver impact resistant plastic mudguards with black centre stripe.
Chrome plated rear carrier.
Alloy propstand.
Frame fitting tyre pump.
White front reflector, red rear reflector.

A couple questions
What frame is it? 531?
and would you be willing to Paisley freight if? (Box is sent to you with tape and labels - take off pedals and put in box whole and complete then next day they collect it)

Apologies for the slow reply - just catching up on my emails after being away for a couple of weeks.

The label on the frame says 18-23. That doesn't mean much to me, but I guess experts know what it means. I have attached a photo below.

I'd be willing to Paisley Freight it if you pay for the bike and the shipping up front. Alternatively, to where in the country would it need to be delivered? I may be able to deliver it myself.
