Yes, it just looks right.
Ive seen a fair few brown and reddish brown 650b tyres on the older randonneurs and campeurs.

This is a hard one to categorise - is it a bird, is it a plane, is it Motobecane's answer to the Raleigh Grifter/Chopper, is it a shopper/porteur? Whatever, it had a six speed stick shift and a really cool set of dynamo lighting!
