I believe it says "Blocpil". I also believe I have seen that name before, but I can't seem to find anything about the brand right now.

Left to right, I read "Blocdile"

Top OCD then bottom BLIB - something cryptic between manufacture / company name and brand may be going on?

Ironically the "Diagonale" is probably lighter, sadly no weight given for the "Course".
