J Piat, apparently made by Follis. Very stylish, I like the translucent grips.

Paul Charrel, translation below. Fillet brazed with integral rack, seat post and mudguards. Some very nice transitions. Translation below.

One of the very first bicycles built by Paul Charrel, the oldest we know. This machine is made almost entirely of steel. The seamless welded frame is made of TITAN tubes. The brand design is identical to the one painted on the front of the shop when it opened. There is no adjustable seatpost, it is welded into the tube, which indicates that it was made to measure. We find this way on several CHARREL, until the 50s. The brakes are JEAY. The wing nuts are also used as spoke spanners. The luggage rack is also welded to the mudguard. The rear mudguard is welded to the bottom brace and both chainstays. The rods and supports of the carrier are also joined to the rear dropouts. The CYCLO 3-speed derailleur is a pre-1939 model. Under the bottom bracket, original cable passage and "drain" bolt with 4 sides that we find on many CHARREL.
