The customer was unprepared to (pay to) fix anything else - I just dropped the stem back to min insertion Mark.
I'd have looked at it closer but it was in a stand and I was busy talking, and then it was gone.
The bb lug and seat cluster were standard but I dont think I've ever seen those funny demi-lugs before

Honestly, I cant work with the public.... Im not suited (because I dont like people) to public facing service in any form.
My job is behind the scenes providing support to social work for community equipment issue, but I still have zero contact with living people as its not in me to tolerate idiots
