I think they are Normandy (including all derivates like Atom, etc.) which had that very short lived simple drilling pattern.

Think these are the earlier drilling before they went to slots. Certainly earlier than the rest of the bike. Be good to know definitively.

Yeah. The vast majority are with the slots. The bugger with these hubs is that most of the time nothing is stamped / engraved on the early examples.

I can't say for sure, but at some point I think around the early 70s, they started to add the month and year of production. You need to be a bloody detective to figure out the freewheel threading if it is BSC or French (or Italian if they ever did one?) on these things too; not at all like Campag hubs.
