Glad you're enjoying the thread mate. I would never have started if it were not for @grantoury . I like original bikes, used not abused, neglected. I like to see them restored also, I try to find both as I feel you get a better cross section. The bike you mention is indeed a candidate for proper usage, even in today's disposable plastic fantastic age. Edit there is a Tamboite porteur posted as well. You've posted some utter gems and stunners @Guinessisgoodforyou - it's taken me all morning to catch-up.
Love this one though for a few reasons. Appears fresh out of the attic / dug out from the back of the barn; it's great to show exactly the condition as it was found. Looks like it was well used, not abused, maintained but not pampered. Very much got the 50s look, but much more modern (potentially the 70s?) and better still there are far more parts available for this time period, and no issue getting modern rubber for it.
If I saw something like this at the charity store or whatever the trigger would be pulled without second thought. Obscure brand, something very possibly 100% hand built, fairly easy to re-build, some potential to modernise, no need for a full restoration. Ticks many boxes on a practical level.

Saddle is a work of art.
