I have for sale a restored 1963 22.5" Excel of Woolwich road bike built by top framebuilder Harry Perry with Nervex Professional lugs, Reynolds 531 tubing and Campag. dropouts in a flamboyant blue/burgundy panels with lugs lined in gold. Features: original Campagnolo Gran Sport 10 gears coupled with handlebar controls, Campagnolo headset, Stronglight 49d/TA chainset, Mafac Racer brakes, Campagnolo Record large flange hubs laced to Ambrosio Gentleman alloy rims shod with very low mileage Panaracer Pasela 27" x 1" tyres, the bars are alloy engraved GB Ventoux's with an Ambrosio Champion alloy stem, Brooks leather saddle mounted to a Campagnolo twin bolt seat post....all in all an attractive well maintained period equipped cycle, the bike has had a recent service and is ready to ride, ideal for L'Eroica, vintage club runs or simply your daily ride!
