Vintage 'Best of British' Bikes

My father has a 4G MkII Square Four just like the one in your pic. The brakes are TERRIBLE!! I only rode it about 15 miles, by which time I had thoroughly frightened my self and got confused having the gears on the 'wrong' side. Still, it makes a great noise and goes quite well :D
 
I love the older models,in particular the old military ones :cool:

Possibly watched 'the great escape' once too often :LOL:
 
classic british bikes are awesome. that rudge is stunning...

dunno what it is but when i see a sidecar i always think of on the buses

I used to work as mechanic on old British bikes many moons ago, one of my favourite jobs was to drain the oil out of all the shiny bikes in the show room. No matter how shiny they are the poxy things always leak oil. Take it all out - no oil on the floor, brilliant!
