Very nice '87 Peugeot Perthus 53cm

Exceptionally fragile too by reputation.

I say this not to diss the seller (as the seller is me) but for the sake of completeness.

Nobody seems interested so I’m thinking the project might get finished after all 🤣

I've had loads of 531 pro pugs over the last 35 years and never had any problems, ive still got 3 ranging from 1982 ( badged as 531sl ) to 1985 ( 531pro ) rust free beautiful riding bikes . I've seen yours and would have been tempted as I sold an identical frame about 3 years back but I prefer the earlier chrome forks with pantograph sloping fork crowns .Don't worry, nothing seems to be selling at the moment unless it's ridiculously cheap.GLWS

I'm a heavier guy 84kg and had no problems riding a 531p for two years. I went up and down curbs on it as it was a fixie errands bike.
