I have looked at your detailed photos and can confirm, scratch for scratch it is the actual frame featured in your build. It has been striped of all the components but I believe they are all present in the boxes that came with the frame.

Itā€™s a delightful frame and as original as can be. I doubt youā€™ll see another

Yes it has the blue TISO seatbolt which is my signature bolt on any Italian bike which Iā€™ve ever had

Full history as @kingoffootball mentioned is they were made in Italy in the FRM factory - fillet brazed especially for the Venturi racing team.

sorry to disappoint you but I'm not going to rebuild it I'm selling it, I got it in a loft clear out sale with loads of bikes and bits including a part built Overburys Pioneer from the late 80's, lots of shimano XTR parts, some new some used and even a set of Campagnolo pedals
