Venturi Columbus Genius Italian 🇮🇹 Fillet Brazed unique race MTB

That's really looking very nice indeed.

I definitely think white grips would look good and fit well. I'm undecided about the yellow cable housing though.

Thanks Will
I won’t do the yellow cable housing - will make it look tat.
I think white grips for certain -
Brake blocks not sure - blue may work.

Someone went hard in portrait mode! ;)

But, don't do white grips! Please?

The saddle is nice; the grips will be too much.

With everything going on with the frame, you need something to tone it all down like simple black grips.

Plus, you can't beat those classic Ritchey foam ones. They look perfect on anything, but especially on this with the rest of the Ritchey bits. They're also super comfortable and cheap/easy to replace.

Aaarghhh!!! I’m confused
What I could do is try both and see what works.

And how about Yellow brake blocks?

Portrait mode is good! You can also adjust the F aperture to isolate something eve more!

You do realise neither of those pairs of brake blocks will fit your Ritchey brakes 🤔 ;)

The bit on the seat tube is a cable guide just run the bare rear brake cable through it (or if you can fit a short length of ptfe liner).

Well, as a man with yellow Kool Stops on his bike, it's hard to argue against them!

That said, I always think that things like brake pads should match accents, rather than main colours. But on a frame like this it's kind of hard because they're all main colours!

That said, those white ones you just posted could be nice.

Especially if you go with the black grips! ;)
