Ah risers! Those unknown silver risers ....do you reckon a steel quill stem with a split clamp not an open face would go on? Top of clamp is about 45 underside about 35mm...stems in fresh paint and I'm scared of causing myself yet more touch up work !

Those angles look quite steep to go through a stem.....but you never know.....with a bit of rotation as they go.....
