V_Brake insert type pads

I'm in the market for some replacement pad inserts for a set of XT Vs - what are people using/recomending nowadays? ( it's been years since I've bought non-magura rim pads...)

I quite fancy sticking with the cartridge style - anyone know anything about clarks pads or the Bike attitude ones CRC sell?

the Bike Attitude ones say "genuine XTR" in the blurb, but not coming up with any reviews on CRC website...

I've been using the red Kool Stops. Good stopping power and they don't squeal like my shimano and avid pads do.

2nd that, mostly red i've used, but i source a few pairs of blue in the past as well.

I recently got some Explorer Cartridge V Brake pads of ebay. Haven't had any brake squeal and the stopping power is quite good.

I am using these on a set of M600 Vs great stopping power in all conditions

Red inserts from ebay,very powerful if set up with maximum toe in and nicely progressive too (and they do'nt leave horrible black marks all over your rims)
