v brake levers, 30.9 seat post, disc brake calipers, saddles

Hi guys. Last post I promise as I'm taking a bit of time away from the joys of the oh so wonderful world of the internet and just trying to get everything sorted before I depart from the great wide web. I'm in need of a few parts if anyone can help. I don't need/want anything fancy just usable.

Anyway the bits I need are:

30.9 seatpost

pair of V brake levers

some mechanical disc brake calipers (as plonker here forgot to take his brakes off one of the parts bikes I gave away :facepalm: - what's next forget where I put the car keys? - oh wait I lost them 3 weeks ago and still haven't found them ). Seriously though nothing fancy, I just want something to get it up and running for now.

oh and a saddle or two. Modern style preferred but interesting to see what comes up.

Sorry d8mok I do need a pair of brakes. Just annoyed with myself that I left the shimanos on that frame when I got rid of it (charity is pressuring me to help them with bikes then said they havent got room so having to clear bikes and I didnt have time to get my parts off)

Jan if Im honest I just want saddles that are ready to go as dont have a lot of time any more.

Kore 30.9 seatpost, black, very good condition: £8 + post.

Clarks mechanical disk calipers + rotors (a bit screechy and not really any better than v brakes, especially in the wet) for an extra £5 if I can find them in the garage.

Thanks for the info. I've just ordered a set of those avids.

As for disc brakes I'm not too fussed on what they are. It's only going to be used on road so as long as they stop I don't care what they are (Just would like something branded as it's a Marin and putting some chinese unbranded tat on them just feels wrong ). I'll upgrade to hydraulics when I can. Just spent too much already but want to get it sorted as using a 1x10 full suspension for 25 mile road rides is not ideal.

I've got a single Shimano M4xx mechanical calliper you can have for £10 posted which will make a pair with d8mok's one? I'll chuck in some of your charity bits too.

I've got a few saddles,
A Whyte branded one, a Selle san marco, and saddle from my old genesis. PM me if you want pics. Wouldn't want much for them.

Thanks for the replies everyone. I'm pretty much sorted now apart from the 30.9 seatpost. I don't care if it's tatty I'm just hoping I can find something under a tenner as I've spent far too much on this bike :facepalm:
