Can't see the problem and hardly the biggest danger on a bike. Helmet cams, helmet lights, bar ends, circular ended cutting devices you grab hold of. Pointy Ninja stars to slice your legs open... I could go on.

Looks like a nice comfortable way to ride or for kids to grab hold of when sat on the crossbar.

Such hate for anything different in here.

as for riding with kids on the cross bar, not really recommended if you value your kids.

It's obvs an über rare Cook Bros Racing frame, looks to be the top of the range Bell-end, although it could also be the Bum-nugget.
