Ok, kinda childs play this one. Just showing you what I did.
OEM elastomers will either go bullet hard or melt to gummy bears.
Mine went bullet hard, even under my weight 15st +
I've got some poly rod from ebay.
15mm was the most appropriate fit, allowing for 'squish'.
The result. It gives under my weight and rebounds nicely. Like it should.
Pics should do the rest....
