I‘m possibly interested in the frame, though it doesn’t quite look like a 20". It looks similar to a 1993 18" I have.

Can you measure TT centre to centre and ST ctc and center to top please? And headtube length

Yes mate, but I will do it on Saturday night.
As regards the size, in the orginal Merlin Catalogue Medium is 20”. In my opinion frame is like M-L.
I am 1,80, it fits good.

This is definitive not the 20" frame, it's smaller.
Merlin measures the seat tube center to center.
But even with your center to top measurement of the seat tube it is only
47,5cm x 2.54 = 18,7" and not 20“.
