true, but they could have been added after. The most interesting thing are the weldings. Very smooth, they seem fillet welded or sanded, which indicates a quality frame. It has canti bosses, tho, it just lacks the pivots....
More, that seems a 1-1/4 head tube....

They did for a while (best frames they did I reckon) but I don't think the 'later' ones did.

The top routed cable guides hint at a UK built frame, but the rearward facing seatpost relief slot doesn't. :?

That head tube does look big to come to think of it. :?:
 
I have to admit I never took much notice of the headtube. Could be the giveaway I suppose.

Did notice the el cheapo cranks though and was slightly mystified by them.
