Unknown Pinarello Frame

Hi I've got this old aluminium frame with a carbon form and want to figure out what model it is so I can be more precise with building it into a single speed from old parts (is this important or will any similarly old Pinarello parts work? Im afraid these are all the images I have atm. Thanks!

I don't think it's a Pinarello... pannier rack eyes? fork mudguard eyes? decals look wrong (ST decal even has a completely different font), and that HT "badge"..... If it is a Pinarello, the BB will be ITA.
it looks like a perfectly good alloy frame though - any parts of the right size should work fine
