Any ideas ?
Brakes and derailleur are Campa

No idea what it is but it screams italian to me.

I agree for italian. Chainstays tubing is peculiar, maybe columbus MAX ? Also set post lug reminds me a columbus MAX bike I owned. Straight fork with no id is confusing though. Colours are very italian indeed. Has potential to be a nice bike....
