I'll remove the forks again, but think the serial numbers match.

I don't think it can be a Carlton as the wrap around seems complete and also the frame number does not seem to be alpha / numeric format.

I thought maybe a Falcon built Eddy Merckx as the frame number seems a bit high for a Brian Rourke.

Does the sort of love heart shape on the forks ring any bells?
