Unknown 90’s (wannabe?) Ritchey

Hey y’all!
I’ve stumbled upon this (seems to be) Ritchey but giving the presence of another brand (an old Italian bike maker - Raschiani of Piacenza - I was wondering what was the deal with this type of bikes.
Genuine Ritchey bikes (that are worth recovering) branded by smaller manufacturer or cheap/copy wannabe Ritchey frame?
Components looks good (mostly Ritchey)
Btw, it’s for sale at 65€

just still think this bike looks better as it is...
But sure for 65 bucks, go for it, even just the Ritchey cranks are worth the money this nice looking bike is than for free.

BTW I'm using same Indonesian Grafton look-a-like cantilever on the bike of my little daughter

Thank you all for your answers! I’m seizing the opportunity to ask: what do you think (also in comparison to the Magni/Raschiani/Ritchey) about a Oria Aluminum 7020 frame?

An idea I had was to migrate all Ritchey components to this frame after repainting it (it’s not branded, with also very good components - full xt)

nah, not sure...
The frame looks not very interesting (there are nicer aluminum frames with Oria tubing e.g. from Sinttesi or Verlicchi like this Rudy Project) and on basis of the pic i would speculate the condition isn't great neither (the headset is faded quite heavily, it was for sure earlier black), maybe not worth the effort (home made rattle can paint jobs do also often not last long with Aluminium frames).
