As it rode so well when it was built up before i've decded to build this up properly
Been on the lookout for a set of, what are in my opinion, the 'right' forks for a while. Snapped these up from Thorpie for what i thought was a very reasonable price(thanks Trevor ).
So..i'd like some opinions as to what groupset would be most at home on this steed?
I'm thinking STX-RC or black LX, any other ideas?

IMO stick with the Manitou's; better fork for a start and it suits the colour scheme of the frame.

Alas the manitou's were a bit short of travel and a bit old for the frame,also i've sold 'em
Photos don't really do much for the pairing, looks much better in the flesh

i have this exact bike in my shed, can't believe its from the late 90's.

i actually just brought it out into the sunshine this morning because shes moaning about clearing a bit of space, so i washed it, oiled it and took it for a quick spin, still feels great.

Thought i'd throw it on Gumtree, quick google brought me here, small world.

I think the silver STX-RC would look better . Black LX , may be a bit too much darkness for one bike .
