Ultimate Machine Co

Re:

Bumping this thread as I picked up an Ultimate Machine Co fork crown, designed for Manitou forks I believe, but my measurements suggest it will also fit the Shocktech forks that I have... guess I'll find out for sure this weekend!

Also adding a pic of a UMC screw in sprocket to convert 7 speed cassette to 8 speed, had this a while, will have to try it out soon.

Hey guys, I'm trying to revive this thread. I see everyones been posting a couple pictures of parts here and there, but I haven't seen anyone come up with an entire bike.

What i know is that a company called Titus Titanium produced the frame, and ultimate finished the build with EVERYTHING else. Even the chainrings have the Ultimate Machine Co stamp on them. Can anyone give me more information? I work at a bike shop and thats where I found this piece.

I'm not sure what I should do with it. Part of me wants to preserve the parts and modernize the frame for daily commuting. Is it worth anything to anyone? Its a beautiful bike that has hardly ever been ridden.

Hope someone sees this! I have more pictures if anyone wants to see them. I've got closeups on every part that has the little astronaut.

Its drizzling outside, but its better lighting, so don't think I'm keeping it in the rain. I'll post some more, I'm just a newbie on this site and still figuring it out. Thanks for the interest guys!

Another batch. If anyone wants to see something specific. Let me know. I'm trying to put a year on it, and the best I can do is early 90's. If anyone can help, I'd appreciate it!

Interesting choice of some components. Their crown paired wit a "lowly" Indy XC fork? Shimano DX rear derailleur? I would have expected top of the line XTR stuff with all the Ultimate Machine 3DV bolts. Maybe some of the original components got swapped out. Cool bike nonetheless!

Re:

Wow! An Ultimate bike, surely that's the Ultimate Ultimate!
I love that Ti frame, as Syncrosfan mentioned it's possible a few parts have been swapped out, but it's still an impressive array of UMC parts.

Up to you what you do with it, it'd be nice to keep it all together, but not everyone is an Ultimate fan, the frame alone is worth keeping and riding with whatever parts you like though.
