I've got a Cannondale Spidering crankset for my Super Six, which currently has an Ultegra crankset fitted.
My question is . . . I know Shimano crank spindles are 24mm, so are smaller than BB30.
So, to fit my 30mm Cannondale crank will I need to change the BB?
Or is there some kind of adapter in there that the Ultegra spindle goes through that will come out when I dismantle it?
I'm just trying to get an idea of what I'll find when I pull things apart, to minimise downtime.
