Soooo...

I'm finally getting a bit modern and putting together a Orange Five AM for some trail center fun.

I've never really looked at tyres before in a meaningful way.

What's good grippy rubber?

Specialized all the way as they're as good as anything else and £30 each. I have 2.3 Purgatory's back and front atm but also recommend Butcher at the front and ground control at the back.

On One do some decent, cheap tyres but they're quite heavy.

Cheers dude, the Five frame arrived and I've put a lot of it together.

It has a fresh black powdercoat so I ordered some orange coloured 2015 decals as they are quite clean looking.

Will check those tyres out...
