Here are two rare bits of Cannondale USA-made kit. Both are as new, having been in the clothes locker since bought, and recently unearthed. They are very desirable bits of kit, and I’ve seen the jackets go fro silly money; I want them to go to a good home rather than sit in the piles at the back.....
Jacket: SOLD now. unisex, fleece back, and windproof taffeta front. Small - good for around up to 5-8 and 36-38 chest. Bought in Oxford from Walton St cycles in the late ‘80s - the year before the cantilever dropouts came in, since I bought a flat plate SM600 that year. It’s a really well-spec’d training jacket, with a brilliant rear neck gaiter which stops draughts down the back. All the elastic is still elastic, and the colours are still saturated and not faded. 20:00 gbp plus postage to mainland UK. SOLD.
Fleece: headshock period female size medium - 38 inch chest. Rear zip cycling pocket. Lovely fleece with Cannondale logo and again a ‘made in USA’ item. 10:00 plus postage to mainland UK.
These are just such nice pieces of period clothing but with entirely contemporary function - they both are so well spec’d and brilliantly made.
