Re: Tune Big Foot MTB crankset black used only 390g

Right, assuming that the threads, tapers and tabs are all good, square and straight, consider them sold! :D

I've sent a PM, thanks for your patience and photos etc

Do you know what length BB these like? JIS is what Campag use I think ... or do I have that backwards? :? Also, do they need any spacers?

Morning, blurb from Tune website on BB length

BB width: 68/70 mm | 68 mm + etype | 73 mm with rear suspension
Required bottom bracket length: -
Double chainring: 104-107 mm | 110 mm
MTB triple chainring: 113-117 mm | 117 mm | 117 mm

Spacers....
Might depend which chainrings you're running.
I think the official Tune view is yes.
I have one Bigfoot with Syncros rings - no spacers - works a treat.
Other Bigfoot with Tune chainrings - and had to get 0.2mm spacers.

Or talk to PoshBikes

Thanks for the info; funnily enough I spent most of yesterday swearing at some Tune ti chainrings that have never seated properly! Not for the first time either :x I think I've got the spacing about right, although I've never discovered exactly what the gap between chainrings should be ... but now I need 3/4 length bolts

I'll get there - they're far too pretty to give up on!

Chris, you're no help with my near-bankrupt status ... I'll drop you a PM but I fear they'll be out of reach...

Spacing on my 3 ring setup is
no spacers on the Inner (22z Tune Ti) and Middle (32z Tune) ring
using 0.2mm spacers on the Outer (44z Tune)

Spacing on my 2 ring setup is
No spacers at all.

I got the spacers through PoshBikes - it took em a while to get em from Tune in Germany - and they weren't cheap - but they arrived.
