Which vittorias are they, might be worth seeing if they are the top of the range (or at least, light, latex tubed ones) i have some with latex tubes and the red removeable valves, they originally took about 24 hours to go from 100psi down to 50, turns out the red valves need a proper tweak to seal properly. Now it takes 72 hours to go from 100psi to "unrideable" (which is about 70 psi for me)
A great improvement on my first ever foray into latex mtb tubes, 50psi to rim crunchingly flat in 24 hours.
Also, what exactly is "full pressure" and "3/4 pressure", as if you are running to the maximum rated pressure (about 160psi on the Vittorias i have) they will go from 160 to 120 very quickly. Not forgetting that when you put your pump on the valve, you'll quite possibly dump another significant chunk of pressure.
As an aside, despite what "common sense" tells you, there is really very little reason to go above the 90-120 psi range on any modern, expensive, flexible tyre (or tubular), unless you are on the boards (Or TTing on proper mirror smooth tarmac). Most high quality tyres have a sweet spot, at which higher pressures will begin to slow you down, give you less traction and less comfort.
