Anyone dealt recently with them. Ordered from them on the 2nd of this month and was promised a delivery date of between 6th-14th, but it never arrived, so rang them a couple of days after the 14th, and was apologised to because they had missed it because of this lock down.

Got a dpd email the next day but it said they've received instructions but not yet the parcel. And they've closed their phone lines, and are not answering their emails. So I'm stuck as to where I go from here.

I ordered some things about a week ago and haven't had a dispatch confirmation. Estimated delivery date was 28-04-2020 to 11-05-2020 so I'm not panicking just yet. Although maybe I should be based on your experience :(

Re:

Oh dear Shite-on cycles.

Problem is that they don’t hold the stock despite listing it as in stock. Pretty much anything is ordered on demand from supplier and should really be listed as Shadow Stock.

Had the misfortune of using them. Waited a few weeks for my “in stock” items before they admitted supplier were out of stock and gave me a refund.

You guys are at the mercy of the speed of their suppliers then them forwarding it to you.

I suspect that's what happened with me too. I've used Triton a lot of late as I needed OEM parts for a Trek time trial bike I was building (wrong forum I know). I used them 3 times and on two of those I had to chase up the order because a week had gone by with no update. I rang them and to be fair, on both occasions they got back to me same day and sorted the problem quickly. However, I wouldn't use them unless as I absolutely had to in the future.

When I first rang them, they said everything was in stock.
Lots of online sellers on ebay or Amazon etc, do not hold any stock whatsoever, they just send your delivery details on to a stockholder and pocket a percentage. A lot of the UK sellers drop ship from China etc hence slow delivery.

Surprised to read. I've bought from them and not had any problems.
