There are a few bits missing from these ones being sold. They use the headtube for structural support.
They have specific cups for those Timken tapered roller bearings.
...which are preloaded by loosening one or other of the crowns and using a big bolt from top to bottom, like one of those DH headset retaining bolt thingies.
