whats the age of the frame? is that a canti mount I see on the swinger arm?

Frame is 1996/97 and yep canti brakes can be fitted to the rear

Bike will be sold as a whole as unfortunately I don't have the time to split and sell separately due to work commitments, there is some nice xtr Thomson etc gear on it tho!!
