Trek Fuel 9000 thoughts?

I've seen a small Trek Fuel with the carbon rear triangle for rational money. It looks like a 16" frame. Carbon parts in good order, suspension serviced.

I'm 5'9".. Would it ride okay, or would it just look, and feel ridiculously teeny? I know very little about mountain bike geometry. It's 26" wheels.
