Some of these threads are becoming more like STW...
Not being funny but does it matter what the bike's priced up as, we all know it may be overpriced but then it'll also not sell so the only person's time wasted is that of the (attempted) seller :?

Its been said before but the forum isn't the place to be discussing prices.

However accuracy of description is fair game. I'd like to see the 1998 Trek catalogue for clarification of Ameybrooks 'age' issue although I recall selling a few of these bikes earlier in the twentieth century but my memory isn't what it once was ;)

I swear, my best friend in high school had that exact frame in 95.
