Trek 8700 frame & fork + ritchey logic fork+ titanium

My Trek 8700 frame is for sale. The neon orange disapeared so I wanted to resprayed it until I have found another frame. So, I cleaned the carbon tubes and lugs. The frame is in very good shape and the fork are new.
Size : 15,5 (55cm toptube)
I sale it with its original Tange Big Fork Triple butted (and some bits) for 80 pounds, including shipping everywhere in Europe.






Ritchey Logic Fork threaded and 1"1/8 : 60 euros (PM for posting cost)
Titanium Cinelli Grammo quill stem 1"1/8 0° and 130mm : 60 euros (PM for posting cost)

Hi is this 15.5 inches centre of bottom bracket to CENTRE of top tube and 16.5 inches centre of bottom bracket to TOP of seat tube?

Yes :
16,5 from center to top of seat tube and 21.7 for top tube.
15,5 center to center.
