Track / LoPro frame for 5"5 person / needs track ends

No frame yet...looking in France/Italy atm.

It's that bad. Who can help out a damsel in distress who will give your frame a build and a nice warm place in the house?

But alas, road ends. (I should have bought that Dave LLoyd me thinks some time ago! But at £300 it was a bit steep...hunting in France hopefully get a frame there)

Thanks for all the PMs etc. As this one is for road use, it's ultimately more practical than the other (a whole 2) frames that may have worked. A front brake is ... handy.
